What Does Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Fingers Indicate?

For the past week or so, I have been awoken with very sharp pens and needles and severe pain in my right fingers, right hand, r. wrist. Nothing I have tried helps the pain or the achey stiffness and tingly pain. Sometimes the pain radiates up my arm to my middle upper right arm. Please provide me some lay person information, Wanted to say I wake up about 2 to 3 times from the pain and just cry because it hurts so much. Thenk you,

These are called paraesthesias, often caused due to vitamin B12 deficiency. So, you can take tablet Methyl cobalamine once daily for a month and then see the result. Add tablet Folic acid once daily as well.
