What Does Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Lower Back Be Treated?
I fell down carpeted stairs where my bottom took each steps impact as I went down. I was still holding a full laundry basket under my left arm during all of this too...since I need to protect dirty clothes for some reason... I stayed down to gather myself for a moment. Immediately after standing, both of my hips & lower back are all extremely sore and tingly. My lower abdomen feels full/crampy (without pms going on right now). Very uncomfortable to walk & lay on my back. Tingling pain shoots down one leg if I’m laying on my back or sitting up with legs elevated. I have taken ibuprofen to help with the pain so I can try to sleep a little. Should I just wait until tomorrow morning & see how everything is feeling after rest to be more concerned? What should I look out for if this is more serious that bruising?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* The presentation of narrated symptoms suggest that there can be spine injury with nerve compression over the lower back.
* I recommend to visit an ER unit without waiting till tomorrow morning.
