What Does Pain Around The Abdomen And Back Indicate?

I have episodes of pain radiating like a steal band from my abdomen around my back every few months. They start with a sudden feeling of fullness and bloating, are excruciating, and last about 20 minutes. They feel like contractions, like I m giving birth. I had my gallbladder taken out and that made no difference. What could be causing this?

Hello,

It can be due to any condition and needs detailed general examination before coming to any diagnosis.

We cannot just give a layman diagnosis of the above symptoms. I think it is better for you to get an ultrasound done along with complete blood picture with ESR.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
