What Does Pain Around The Ankles Indicate?

I get bad pain on the outside of my ankle when I walk for exercise. When I stop , the pain stops after about 1 minute and I am fine u til the next time I go for a walk. It only starts when I walk speed of about. 20 minute mile. If I walk slower I seldom get the pain

It is likely that you have an ankle sprain. You should give your ankle some rest. Keep it elevated and use ice packs twice a day.

You can use Diclofenac with Serratiopeptidases temporarily for pain.
