What Does Pain Around The Fallopian Tube Removal Site Indicate?

I had my left tube fallopian tube removed 3 months ago. I have had regular periods but sometimes a day or two after my period i experience pain on the side where it was removed. is this normal? I thought ovulation did not occur that soon after a period.

get checked by surgeon who operated for it it isnot related to ovulation ovulation can be tested with chips if it is lower then folliculer stimulating hormone may be given.
