Hi I have Systemic Lupus and was diagnosed 35 years ago by my Rheumatologist. My question is can an Abdominal X-ray show enlargement of the spleen and kidney areas. I have been having horrible pain in these areas along with a small fever. I also have severe edema in my legs feet and ankles. I have been getting the run around from two doctors. I am now going back to the first rheumatologist that first diagnosed me with sysemic lupus hoping someone can finally help me.
