What Does Pain Around The Navel And Pelvic Area Indicate?

I am a 50 yr old female that had a hysterectomy in 2014. I am currently experiencing abdominal pain between my pelvis area and my belly button. Also the pain is shading towards my right side. I am having spotting from my vagina, when I go to the restroom and I have no signs of a fever. There is no burning sensation when I urinate.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

• You should consult your doctor or go to the nearest medical center for complete clinical and laboratory assessment such as :
1- Stool analysis.
2- Urine analysis and culture.
3- Ultrasound of the abdomen.
4- Other tests according to the examinations such as endoscopy.
5- You can use over the counter analgesics and antispasmodic to relieve the pain.
