What Does Pain Around The Navel Indicate?

Hi doctor my 6 years old daughter suffering from stomach pain near naval last 1year.i visited Every Dr place but not satisfied.i have done all tested n altrasound also but nothing in that.dont know what should I do for her. Plz suggest me I m worried about her bcoz she is too young.
