What Does Pain Around The Navel Indicate?

I have dull pain that ebbs and flows in the area near stomach and belly button. Haven t had a good bowel movement for a couple of days, which sometimes is not unusual for me. I have been eating some fruit like apples, mango, blueberries and also just a little broccoli to see if it is just constipation. Also had some prune juice, but still nothing is happening. Any Ideas?
