What Does Pain Behind The Neck And Base Of The Head Indicate?

i have degenative disc disease and have had a fushion in my lower neck. Recently the pain has started again in the middle of my neck on the left side and the pain went up into the back of my head. Its been a month that ive had this, now today the pain has also gone down to my collarbone area. Could this be another disc in my neck that has gone bad ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
It is clear that you have a problem of cervical spondylitis which is progressing gradually. And it is radiating to your arms and neck, Color bone as well. So, you need to wear a cervical collar and do isometric neck exercises. Meanwhile do a Repeat MRI to know the extent of the disease. Start with Cap methylcobal(1500) once daily, Tab Pregabalin(75) and Cap Alfacalcidol(0.25mcg).
