my 14 year old active son plays soccer, has gotten very tall in the past year, and is now experiencing knee pain below the knee cap after activity - running, soccer etc. We are trying the RICE method....is there stretches or something else we can do?
if he has so much pain please try analgesics ... minimize his soccer or running whatever else for few weeks ... if further there is pain please check for meniscus tear within the joint or ligament problem you can try MRI knee if you want to
