What Does Pain Below The Left Knee Indicate?

I fell today skiing and I fell in a classic phantom foot fall backwards hips behind my feet my bindings released and I did not tear an ACL or MCL the pain is below the knee and down the left side of my calf? Feels like a sprain what muscle would that be?

Dear there is a chance of meniscal tear with effusion may lead to pain. We can't rule out ACL or PCL tear until examination is done.

Take rest use hot and cold compressions . use tab.lyser-D twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
