What Does Pain Below The Testicles Indicate?

I am having pain that is dull (slight burning) but constant. It feels like it is below my testicles. I have no pain with urine, but semen seems thicker and a little uncomfortable after. No blood in urine, or other pain. I don’t have insurance and am trying to avoid a costly visit. It has been constant for 2 days, but before that was milder off and on for a week or so.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think your should do an urine culture test because it seems you have infection . The treatment depends on the results of urine culture test. Antibiotics may be needed.

Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you.

Best regards.
