What Does Pain From The Hips To The Knees Indicate?

I wake up at night with pain from hip to knee. Over weekend I noticed lower back pain after lifting heavy chairs back is fine but pain in side of hip going down to knee. Tingling burning dull pain. I am not too aware of it during the day and it doesn t slow me down but waking at night with the discomfort is horrible

The type of pain you are describing indicates towards sciatica. It may due to nerve compression. You should get yourself checked by a spine surgeon as it may get aggravate d
