What Does Pain From The Lower Back Radiating To The Groin Region Indicate?
So a while back I went to the doctor because I was hurting really bad in my lower back and it ran from my lower back all the way around to my crotch. The doctor sent me to get it xrayed and they said it was a bone spur. Later I started having pains in my right testicle and my doctor sent me to have it scanned and they said it was the thingy on the end of my testicle was inflammed for some reason. And now I have a hard and swollen and painful spot in armpit. I am starting to worry that both might have been misdiagnosis and that i could just have cancer and be in horrible shape. And also a note on my bone spurs in my hip which cause pain in my lower back. The horrible pain flares up quite frequently. But anyways my worry is cancer mostly because all of my grandparents have had cancer at some point my fathers mother died of cancer and my fathers father is about to die from prostate cancer. But yeah thats my worry could you please inform me a little more on what it could be worst case and best case. Thanks

What Does Pain From The Lower Back Radiating To The Groin Region Indicate?
Hello, The symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using Voltaren gel for local application. I recommend stretching exercises to relieve. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
