What Does Pain In Center Of Chest Radiating To Back Suggest?

I am experiencing pain in the center of my chest, just behind my breast bone where it separates my ribs, but it hurts all the way around my right side into my back. It is kind of like the pain I had when my gall bladder had a stone lodged in the duct. It was removed about 15 or so years ago. It hurts less if I put my arms up in the air, and much worse if I lean my chest over , like to touch my chin to my chest.

I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? Any history of gastric ulcer?
The pain which u have described is actually a EPIGASTRIC pain . there are a lot of causes for it. like pancreatitis , peptic ulcer, duodenal problems as well as gall bladder. in some causes of heart attack there is pain too.
You should consult your doctor so that you can be examined and investigated properly.,.
if i am ur attending doctor i will get ur FBC, ECG ,S. amylase levels and H.PYLORI antibodies and after this i will be able to offer you treatment.

Meanwhile stay calm and use OMEPRAZOLE 40MG to relieve pain. avoid pain killers
