What Does Pain In Feet While Walking On Hard Substance Indicate?
I sometimes (mostly if I go barefoot) feel a shot of pain like a nerve pinch in the bottom of my feet (ball right near my big toe and sometimes the toe next to my little toe) if I walk on a hard surface - it lasts for a bout 10minutes or so and is very hard to walk on. It feels like the padding on the bottom of the balls of my feet isn t padded enough or something.
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. Good day, what you have is called Morton's Neuroma. It is a result of nerve fibers in your foot getting pinched. This gets tender and feels like you are walking on marbles. The remedies are : 1. Anti inflammatory medications like ibuprofen 2. Change your shoes to more padded ones. 3. Take a break from things like jogging if you do, 4. Steroid injections to affected area. 5. Surgery to decompress the nerve. 6. Surgical removal of the nerve
I hope this answers your question. Good luck and feel free to direct any more questions to me.
