What Does Pain In Forearm With Lump On Muscle Indicate?

Hi, about three weeks ago, I was trimming my hedge and when I finished my right forearm hurt really badly. Even after three weeks, if I try to pick up something heavy (like one would do if curling a barbell) it s painful. The forearm is not swollen, but there is a small lump above the muscle, which has been there for a few years. Now the back of the upper right arm is starting to ache. What could the problem be and how can I treat it?

This is probably a neuropathy, an inflammation in one of the nerves. You should seek an electric imaging for the nerves.
