What Does Pain In Left Shoulder And Arm Due To Tendinopathy Suggest?

I am having left shoulder and arm pain along w/ numbness and tingling. Extreme weakness from shoulder to hand. I had an MRI done and it showed tendinopathy no full thickness tear and cystic changes at greater tuberosity at insertion point of supraspinatus. What does this exactly mean?

I have gone through your query. Cystic changes is an usual finding in many patients those who are having rotator cuff tear and tendinopathy. If considerable pain is there then a correction surgery will benefit you. I can tell you what type of correction surgery will benefit you if you send your MRI picture. A consultation with an orthopedic surgeon specialized in shoulder arthroscopy is well appreciated.
