What Does Pain In Lower Abdomen Radiating To Back, Mild Spotting And Bloating Mean?

I started having pain 2 days ago in my lower right abdomen.. my skin was tender to touch then the pain moved to my back on the right hand side and again my skin was tender to touch. Today I woke up feeling very bloated and now the pain is mostly on my right side and the lower right side of my back along with light spotting. What is going on?

she would order for ultrasound,blood test,urinalysis to rule out,
appendicitis,
renal or ureteric calculi,
ectopic pregnancy,
pelvic infection.
treatment depend on cause.
