Urologist 's  Response
Hi
Your urine WBC and RBC count are normal. There seems to be uric acid crystals in the urine and you are having back ache. Common reasons for uric acid crystals are gout or increased intake of meat/animal protein.

Hence I would advice you get an ultrasound of the urinary tract to rule out any stones in your kidney. Please get your blood uric acid, calcium levels as well as creatinine done.

If the scan does not show stones and if the serum uric acid levels are normal, then I would advise you to cut down on animal protein especially red meat.

If you have joint pains then visit a rheumatologist as gout is one of the causes for urinc acid crystals in urine.
