What Does Pain In Ovaries After Complete Hysterectomy Suggest?

Hi, thank you for your information, I am 37, had a complete hysterectomy 11 yrs ago, but in the last two weeks feel like I still have painful burning ovaries, esp. on left side, started keflex thinking it was a UTI, but still in a lot of pain, I had the hysterectomy due to endometriosis and I don t do hrt, so this is very worrying.

Get further evaluated. It can still be endometriosis so you should get evaluated step by step. Do urine test and abdominal ultrasound first.
