What Does Pain In The Abdomen And Chest Indicate?

My son is 16 years old last 7 days he told about pain in stomach and right side of his chest after consultation with doctor he gave some treatment for last five days and advice for ultrasound to day we have done ultrasound and report found left kidney shows mild dilated pelvicalyceal system? Please tell me about

Dilated pelvicalceal system is seen when there is some obstruction to the flow of urine from kidney to urinary bladder that is obstruction is at the level of ureter.The cause of obstruction can be a stone or it can be due to spasm.
Further management depends on the size of stone or the cause of obstruction.
