What Does Pain In The Abdomen Indicate?

I get real bad pain in different places if I move funny my tummy feel like it s moving and a lump seems to come out and my muscle I think that s what is feels like it s pulled away it happens in my back to I feel it moving so painful scared to do something s as I just want to scream it aches after it stops for about ten minutes what can it be please

take rest and can take analgesic like combiflam.consult physician for examination and advise on investigation so that diagnosis can be made for recomandation of proper treatment.
