What Does Pain In The Abdomen Indicate?

I have had abdominal pain for two days. I thought it was a muscle strain but the pain has increased this evening. The stomach is tender in the entire area. The entire area is tender to the touch. When I get up and move it intensifies the pain. The pain isl taking my breath away. Urination and bowel functions are normal. Temperature good , blood sugar is 164

in your case I feel chances of infections are less , so list probable causes may be,

common causes of abdominal pain include:

constipation
diarrhea
gastroenteritis (stomach flu)
acid reflux (when stomach contents leak backward into the esophagus, causing heartburn and other symptoms)
vomiting
stress.

and also , kidney stones, gallbladder stones , irritable bowel syndrome , lactose tollerence also need to be rule out.
