Hello,
Thank you for your query.
If the pain is due to scare tissue and is impeding your daily routine, you might need a surgery to remove it, especially of it is very painful.
However, the source of pain needs to diagnosed based on a thorough clinical examination and necessary tests /imaging studies.
* are you bowel movements normal? Any changes?
*have you changed your diet recently?
*do you smoke or consume alcohol?
*what is your height and weight?
*do you have any other medical issues or take any medication?
*did you have a total
hysterectomy or partial one?
*any other symptoms like fever or
nausea,
bloating changes in bowel habits?
I recommend :
-a physician and
obgyn consult
-
ultrasound of tg abdomen. CT scan if required
-blood tests (
complete blood count,
kidney and liver functions tests)
You may not need all these or may need different tests based on your clinical examination.
Try to note down triggers to the pain (such as types of food, activities) or associated symptoms (like bloating, nausea, changes in stool or urine)
This will help in diagnosis.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
