What Does Pain In The Arms Indicate?

Dull/pressure type pain bean in small spot this a.m. on top of right forearm and on backside of right upper arm. The pain area has increased to a larger area on both top of right forearm and on backside of right upper arm. Also the pain is gradually increasing. It was lighter earlier and is mild now.
