What Does Pain In The Arms Indicate?

I have been experiencing a dull pain in my upper inner arms that is leading to a mild or tingling burning sensation in my pinkies. I also have a constant pain in my right trapezoid muscle that I have had off and on for awhile. Other history is hypertension that is treated with HZTC/Lisinopril 25mg/20mg. Symptoms started about 5 days ago. all pain is about a 1-2
