What Does Pain In The Arms Indicate?

I have cramping in predominately my right hand and pain in my arm, it feels like carpal tunnel. But, I have cramping in my left hand also. I ve had some recent cramping in my calf s that I attributed to being more physically active but I had cramps in my foot and thigh as well.

Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I have read through your question and would like to tell you that cramping in muscles can be due to electrolyte imbalance. It can be due to inadequate water intake or dehydration. You should get a serum electrolyte level done. If the tests are normal we have to look for other causes. Meanwhile, you should increase your water intake. Take a calcium supplement like Shelcall for some days.

I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions, please feel free to write to me. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.

Take care

Regards,
