Today I experienced pain and discomfort evenly across my back in the mid to lower rib area. It was about 3-3.5 hours after I had eaten breakfast. I also had some nausea which came in waves. Some of the symptoms started to ease after about 3 hours but I did not eat anything until about 6 hours after it started ( late afternoon). I have still had some periodic burping during the last 3 hours and managed to have some plain rice and meat for dinner. I also had this occur 8 days ago. It started at about the same time of day. However, on that day I felt somewhat better after a couple of hours and ate some lunch which I vomited up about an hour later. In the interim, I haven t had any symptoms at all. I am concerned at having these 2 episodes which followed exactly the same pattern of symptoms and timing.
