Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi! The ball pad of my feet ache especially when I wake up or when I haven’t been on them for awhile. It feels like knives. It says plantar fasciitis usually is in the heel. I do not have pain there. Just the pad of my feet and it aches along the side by the toes. Is it plantar fasciitis? If so, how do I stop it from hurting? Thank you!
Hello Yes Plantar Fascitis is more commonly in the heel but it could radiate towards the toes but less commonly. I would suggest that you get your uric acid levels checked. Meanwhile, take ibuprofen to relieve pain, change your activities to milder ones, take some rest and wear good comfortable shoes. Hope you feel better. I would be happy to answer more queries. Kindly rate the answer.
