What Does Pain In The Chest After An Injury Indicate?

Yes I was running a piece of heavy equipment and I hit a bump and the bucket rolled down and caught the ground I was doing 20 miles an hour and it came to an abrupt stop and my chest hit the steering wheel I m having problems like sniffing my nose are basically if you have a runny nose trying to suck the snot back up in your nose it s hurting my chest to put any pressure on my arms and push myself up is hurting the center of my chest do you think that my sternum could have a hairline fracture or just strained

You can consult a physician and go for an X-ray to look for any fracture. Even if there is any fracture, no need to fix it. Most probably it might be only contusions and we can manage symptomatically.
