Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
These are typical symptoms of cardiac ischaemia (angina). Due to atherosclerosis in coronary artery blood supply to cardiac muscles is diminished. During exercise oxygen demand of heart muscle is increased which is not compensated by coronary atherosclerosis. Consult cardiologist and have exercise stress test and if required angiography.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
