What Does Pain In The Chest And Shoulders Indicate?

HI, I am 61 years man never smoke and don t drink. I have fibromyalgia, Gout and arthritis problem for which I take Gabapentine, Tramadole and Uloric. I was operated in 2011 and was done fusion on C3 and C4 bone. I have 24x7 neck pain. Doctor said I have damaged nerve in my neck. Last one year I have muscular pain in my upper left hand and pain travels in whole left hand up to last two fingers. I noticed, while walking, climbing staircases and lifting gives pain into my chest close to underarm. It also hurts on my arm near the shoulder joint and behind. I feel the pain when press by thump. I am confused, is that the sign of heart problem or muscles. Please advice
