What Does Pain In The Chest, Neck And Upper Arms Indicate?

Hello I have been having pains in my chest, neck, upper arms and shoulder for about 4 days now. when i inhale and certain movements hurt badly. I have been taking cold medicines, using a heating pad, as well as medication for muscle spasms, and am still hurting doers this sound like something i need to go been seen for?

you can take cefadroxyl twice daily for five days take omeprazole twice a day for five days take serratiopeptidase and paracetamol twice a day for five days

you can do physiotherapy which is helpful for you
apply Hot water bag on affect ed site apply diclofenac spray at pain site 2-3times in a day apply warm water for bathing
take AtoZ tablet once aday after meal take calcium tablet for 3months

if not resolved then consult your doctor do X-ray and CT if required.
