General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have a plantar fasciitis, which is also known as a spur.

It is inflammation of an area in the foot called the plantar fascia. It is usually associated with pain in the heel.

Treatment involves:(1) rest or reducing the pressure on the affected area, (2)anti inflammatory pain medication eg naproxen or ibuprofen. If there is no improvement with these medications, stronger meds would be needed
(3)exercises- there are certain exercises that help with this condition. They are available online

If there is no improvement, additional treatment such as an injection, may be needed.
I hope this helps
