What Does Pain In The Groin Area Indicate?

Hi, I am experiencing pain running from my groin area, especially on my right side, generating near my lymph node in the inside of my left groin area, that runs down into my leg.....it s not a sciatic pain.....I am also experiencing cramping in my legs, like the back of my hamstring and cramping in my calves? Also, a lot of pain in my joints especially my knees....Do you have an idea what would cause these symptoms? Thank you

hello sir/mam,your symptoms seem to suggest a hip pathology.i can mention a few conditions like hip tendonitis and bursitis, iliopsoas tendonitis, femoral neck fracturesetc.it may also be a lumbar slipped intervertebral disc.thorough examination is necessary to arrive at a specific diagnosis and thus for an appropriate treatment.for immediate pain relief, tab.ibuprofen or aceclofenac twice daily can be taken.but an ortho consultation cant be overlooked.hope ihave clarified your queries.any other doubt, kindly do not hesitate to write to us.thank you.take care.bye.
