37 year old white female 6 days post C section (first birth), positive for Factor Five, on Lovinox Sq qd. Has increased swelling of extremities, incision, groin and thighs with echymosis of the groin area. Becoming more difficult to walk and move C/o of pain the left groin. Are these sx normal in some cases or is this a concern with the Heperin therapy?
