Hello,

Groin pain can be anything. Since we do not know what could be the etiology we can treat him symptomatically with analgesics like Diclofenac, Tramadol or Pethidine, etcetera.

All this can be taken only temporarily and that to with prescription from any general practitioners. You should not misuse the drugs.

If symptoms are getting worse, then kindly get an ultrasound abdomen and get back to us with the reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
