I have been having pain in my hand on and off for the past month. It is progressively getting worse. It feels like it is the bone in the outer part of my hand near my wrist. If I touch that bone, it feels like it is protruding slightly and it is extremely painful. Saturday I also had spasms in my hand where it cramped and I couldn t straighten my fingers. That has happened occasionally in both hands but I have never had the bone pain before.

welcome to hcm ...bony pain is best diagnosed by xray ..please undergo xray hands ..and lab test as TLC DLC ESR and serum uric acid ...RA factor ..CRP ..as it may be arthritis ..as you are having cramps also undergo for serum calcium ..vit d ..i am sure the cause of pain will be found out with this workout ..
