What Does Pain In The Head After An Injury Indicate?

My daughter had a fall yesterday, and I m not sure if she hit here head or not. I called her doctor and they told me what to look for. She has been acting like her normal self all night last night and today but she randomly just said my head hurts today so now I m not sure what to do or if I sure take her in for an xray or something.

You need to check for any swelling or bruises on scalp if there is any pain may be because of that.

If she feels anything like dizziness, loss of consciousness, weakness in legs or arms you must visit to emergency room. If it is simple pain and tenderness you need to consult a general physician for further evaluation if needed x ray or CT will be advised as per need.
