Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Calcium and vitamin D deficiency can give same symptoms and would be relieved by supplementation. Blood levels of the nutrients &R factor in blood would help in pin pointing. Please don't be worried even if It's RA. Rest, healthy lifestyle with optimum exercises/physiotherapy with pain medicines (anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen or needful specific medicines like Methotrexate in suitable dosage can manage the symptoms very well.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
