What Does Pain In The Hips On The Left Side Indicate?
i have had pain in my left hip for about 3 years. My doctor did an x-ray and said it was normal.I do have osteopenia. I am 65 yo. Could an orthopedist help me?Could the osteopenia be a factor?I quit exercising because I have 24 hour responsibility for a 3 year old.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Osteoporosis can give hip pain or arthritis. If you send your x ray then it will be more helpful. Taking vitamin d supplements and calcium will be helpful. Thanks.
