Yesterday at work, I remained on my feet for probably 11 hours out of 12 total hours, which is usually not the case. I notice that when I stand at my work station on the computer, that I tend to lean and put more weight on one side of my body than the other. Near the end of the shift I started getting what felt like a sharp pain in my lower back that was worse when walking. This morning and all day today, however, the pain has shifted to only my right hip. The pain radiates inward toward groin and down my leg. It is dull and achey constantly, but when I attempt to lay down ( on either hip) or bend at the hip, the pain is sharp and stabbing. The only position in which I can tolerate the pain is sitting. Is this just a pulled muscle or what?
