What Does Pain In The Inner Thigh Indicate?

Could a hernia in the groin make one side of the scrotum drop? At first, I noticed some pain in my inner thigh. After icing for days consecutively, the pain seemed to go away but while looking in the mirror it seems one side of my scrotum is longer than the other which is very unusual. This whole time I could find no lumps/hernias where the pain started. I m not sure whether I have a hernia or just strained a muscle.

Hi thank you for querry.
Hernia or may be the norma variant.
as in your case it may be the hernia or normal variant if such patient come to me with this complain i will first go for hernial orrifice and locao scrotal examination in case of indirect hernia it may goes to scrotum and cause scrotal enlargement it become visible after standing,straining or coughing
with no pain
if its not a hernia than in normaly the right tesese is a little bit lower then left due to length of vas defrence.
