What Does Pain In The Jaws And Neck Indicate?

Was swimming 2 weeks ago and I had a hard time getting water out of right ear. Thought it was cleared, but now I have a dull ache, feels like it occasionally gets warm, and I have pain going down my jaw and occasionally down my neck. What can I do for pain / symptoms?
