What Does Pain In The Joints And Scalp Indicate?

I am weaning off of antidepressants. Lately I ve has severe joint pain (more so than normal) and now my scalp is so sensitive that it hurts to brush my hair. I ve also been irritable, emotional, and a little cranky. I figured those were due to the lack of antidepressants so I ve ignored them.
