What Does Pain In The Joints Of The Arms Indicate?

I am having pain in both of my arms in the joint and down to the biceps. I have had 2 strokes and am 75yo and over weight. My blood pressure is usually good but right now it is 155/90. I have taken 4 baby aspirin but am getting little relief. My pain level is 7-8/ 10 and has lasted 3 1/2 hours My pulse is 105 and my SPO2 is 95 on 2 liters of O2. I also have A-Fib and am on Eliquis.
