Good afternoon! I m pretty healthy 42 yrs old women. I m having some joint pain on my fingers and knees. My PCP order CRP, Rheumatoid factor and sed rate, all came back negative. the joint pain is not as severe at the moment but what it got me worry is my whole right arm starting from my shoulder to my fingers get weak, can type on the computer or write anything because I don t have strength. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems like muscular stiffness. You can take Tramadol and Diclofenac combination drugs two times a day for five days. Also, take Ranitidine twice a day for five days if you have gastritis.

You apply diclofenac spray at pain site 2to 3 times in a day. You put both hands on hot water bucket do exercise at affected side.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
