What Does Pain In The Left Arm And Fingers Indicate?
Fell at work 6 months ago experienced pain left shoulder and neck. MRI results torn rotor cuff and tendons 3 herniated discs causing neuroforminal stenosis and spinal stenosis. Do PT 3x a week and have had 2 epidural injections. Pain running down left arm to fingers and muscle spasms top os shoulders to neck also lite headed

Continue physical therapy, If possible use nerve blocks. You can use anti spasmodic medication, chest brace to maintain good posture. If it is herniated discs means you need to undergo surgery. Please consult your neurosurgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
